These are two powerful phases. The Neptune archetype is dominating Israel during its current Jacob's Wheel 7 year cycle. Among other things, Neptune dissolves the veil of illusion that hides the deeper levels of reality.

The Neptune-Pluto phase is potentially very transforming, but can be difficult. Because this phase occupies the middle (i.e. 11th) place of the series of 21 phases it represents a possible major turning point in Israel's evolutionary 7 year spiral-cycle.

Human vs Logos

The eight hour / four month correspondence represents the higher and lower range of the major Jacob's Wheel cycles.

The longer range 147 year major cycle (logos) is equivalent to the shorter range 21 Week major cycle (human).

The 147 year major cycle (logos) consists of 21 minor 7 year cycles.
The 21 week major cycle (human) consists of 21 minor 1 week cycles.

A 7 Year minor cycle (logos) consists of 21 four month sequential phases.
A 7 Day minor cycle (human) consists of 21 eight hour sequential phases

The 7 Day (1 Week) minor cycle of Jacob's Wheel is closely associated with the mundane life of a human-being. Therefore...

The 7 Year minor cycle of Jacob's Wheel is closely associated with the mundane life of the planetary logos.

After I surmised the above correspondences I realized that the number of days in an average human life was equivalent to the number of years in the Precession of the Equinox cycle--that is, 26280 days (i.e. approx. 72 years of human life) is equivalent to 26280 years of planetary logos life.

As above, so below.

There are three 8 hour phases in every day of the 1 week (human) cycle.

There are three 4 month phases in every year of the 7 year (logos) cycle.

One week of human life is equivalent to seven years of planetary logos life.

World Aries-Mars [3/4] Phase

As expected, the World's four month Jacob's Wheel Aries-Pluto phase was very eventful. The most obvious development being the commencement of a new 'Cold War' between Russia and the West.

Aries-Pluto [3/3]

Start : 7 January 2014

End : 7 May 2014

In this phase the Pluto archetype is part of a triangle consisting of Pluto-Cancer-Pisces.

I expect that our next four month phase will also be challenging...

Aries-Mars [3/4]

Start : 7 May 2014

End : 7 September 2014

In this phase the Mars archetype is part of a triangle consisting of Mars-Leo-Neptune.

These four month phases repeat only every 147 years so they are quite uncommon.

Each four month phase of Jacob's Wheel is equivalent in the life of the planetary logos to an eight hour period in the life of a human-being.

Human-being = Planetary logos 

8 hours = 4 months

My working hypothesis is that the 'precession of the equinoxes' represents a personality life-cycle of the planetary logos, or at least some kind of major cycle in the life of the planetary logos. And that one day in the life of a human-being is equivalent to one year in the life of the planetary logos.

Average Personality Life of Human-being = 72 years

Average Personality Life of Planetary Logos = 26280 years

72 yrs X 365 days = 26280 days average human life cycle = 26280 years average planetary logos life cycle.

Anyway, three 4-month Jacob's Wheel phases represent one 'day' in the life of the planetary logos. His current 'day' is composed of the following three phases...

Aries-Pluto [3/3]

End : 7 May 2014

Aries-Mars [3/4]

Start : 7 May 2014

Aries-Saturn [3/5]

Start : 7 September 2014

End : 7 January 2015

...which potentially amounts to a fairly challenging 'day' for the planetary logos, and a fairly challenging year for us human-beings.
